Products
Is the furniture delivered assembled?
Our furniture is delivered unassembled, making it easy to ship. This way we can offer free shipping on all our furniture.
Are installation instructions included?
Yes! All our products are supplied with installation instructions. We also have video installation manuals for many of our products. If a video installation manual is available, you can find it on the product page.
Are accessories needed for the installation included?
Yes! All mounting accessories and screws are included. If exceptionally anything seems missing, please contact us so that we can ship it to you.
What is your warranty policy?
We offer a 3-year warranty on all our products. If your product is delivered with defects, we will exchange it for a new one free of charge. We also cover the costs of returning your defective product. We will provide you with a free return label for this.
Orders
Can I collect orders from your warehouse by myself?
In some cases, some of the products are available for collection from our warehouse. If this is the case, it will be mentioned on the product page.
Can I order as a business customer?
Yes, you can fill in your company name during the checkout.
Are there discounts available for bulky purchases?
We can offer custom discounts when you are purchasing 4 or more articles. Please contact us and share the product codes with us so that we can make an offer for you.
I didnt receive an order confirmation.
After you place an order, our system will automatically send an order confirmation email to your e-mail address. In case you didn't receive the order confirmation e-mail, check whether it has arrived in your spam box. Didn't you receive an order confirmation e-mail, neither in your spam box, within 24 hours after placing your order? It's possible that you have spelled your e-mail address wrong. Please contact us, so that we can send the order confirmation to you manually.
What is your policy for price adjustments if the product is on sale after I bought it?
In case you have made a purchase, and the same article has been discounted and is being sold for a lower price than for which you have purchased it, you can contact us so that we can refund the discount to you. We can only offer this discont for orders that have not been delivered yet.
Do I need to create an account to order something?
No, you don't have to create an account. After you have completed your purchase, you will receive an e-mail with your order number. You are able to track your order with your order number, on the "Track your order" page which you can find at the bottom of the website.

Can I pay with "cash on delivery" the delivery?
Unfortunately, we don't offer the payment method "cash on delivery".
Shipping
What is the delivery time?
Our delivery times are as following:
All destinations
Standard furniture: 1-2 working day processing time and 5-7 working days transit time.
Standard furniture refers to furniture packed in boxes that are within the maximum dimensions of standard carriers. These are shipped with DPD.
Large furniture refers to furniture packed in boxes that are outside the maximum dimensions of standard carriers and require extra handling. These are shipped with TSN Groen.
Can I choose a custom delivery date?
In case your order is being delivered with TSN Groen, you will receive an e-mail from them and you are able to select a custom delivery date from their portal.
In case your order is being delivered with DPD, you can not select a custom delivery date.
What happens when I am not at home during the delivery attempt?
In case you are not at home, you will have to collect your order from the parcel shop.
Did you incorrectly receive an update in your shipment tracking that you were not at home, while you actually were, please contact the carrier so that they can make a new delivery attempt.
Cancellation and returns
What is your return period?
After receiving your product, you have 30 days to unpack and view the product. You are allowed to return the product within 30 days after receiving it.
Within 7 days after your return shipment has arrived, we will process your return and refund your full purchase amount including shipping costs (in case you had to pay shipping costs during completing your order). We will always refund via the same payment method you used during checkout.
The shipping costs for returning the article to us is for your own account. You can check your carrier's website for their rates.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you wish to cancel your order that has not been shipped yet, you can contact our customer service so that we can cancel and refund your order.
In case the order has already been shipped, you can refuse the package at the door, during the delivery attempt. We will cancel and refund your order immediately once the shipment has been refused by your side.
We will always refund via the same payment method you used during checkout.
What happens when I receive a damaged item?
We understand it is very annoying if you have received an item that is damaged (due to transport or perhaps production). We always try to resolve this as quickly as possible. Contact our customer service as soon as possible or use the Return form.
One of our colleagues will contact you for a pickup appointment within 24 hours after you have filled in the return form.
You don't have to pay any return costs in this case.
